The evil Katsumi Daido, who transforms into Kamen Rider Eternal leads NEVER and a group of Dopants with Kamen Rider Double's powers: Cyclone, Heat, Luna, Metal, and Trigger. When Philip is abducted and Ryu is distracted by other powerful Dopants, Shotaro must work on his own to save Philip and Futo by using the T2 Joker Memory to become Kamen Rider Joker. Katsumi Daido 大道 克己 Daidō Katsumi uses the T2 Eternal Memory エターナルメモリ Etānaru Memori and a Lost Driver ロストドライバー Rosuto Doraibā to transform into Kamen Rider Eternal 仮面ライダーエターナル Kamen Raidā Etānaru, serving as the primary antagonist for Double Forever. Kamen Rider Eternal is armed with the combat knife Eternal Edge エターナルエッジ Etānaru Ejji as its weapon. In addition to the Maximum Slot on the Lost Driver and Eternal Edge, Kamen Rider Eternal has a series of Maximum Slots on belts around its chest, right arm, and left leg, totaling 26 in all.
